This report may be submitted by any person for observation of referees being mistreated or abused by any participant of a match. This may include but is not limited to players, coaches, directors of coaching, other club representatives, spectators, and parents.
If anyone is in danger, call 911 first. Then send this report.
- Referees: this doesn't replace your match report. Please file that too, within 48 hours.
- Only ASRA admins see referees' names. The copy we send to the state association has every referee's name and contact details removed.
- Takes about 5 minutes. Fields marked are required.
